I hate the new formula, why was it changed?

"I have been using this product for years, it has been my go to for moisturising my curls instantly with a great smell. However the formula has recently changed and I hate it! The product is now too thick and is very difficult to get out of the bottle and I can no longer use it daily the way I used to as it is now too thick and leaves a white cast, in addition to the fact that my hand literally hurts trying to get it out of the bottle. The new reviews are the same everywhere (check amazon and other sites). Please fix it!"
