For optimal results, use these products together as a system. The products in this collection are formulated to work together to target shrinkage-prone hair and provide essential moisture and elasticity, resulting in hydrated, healthy-looking and elongated curls and coils. The Butter Blend & Flaxseed Double Duty Rinse Out & Leave-In Conditioner is a conditioner that can be used as a rinse out and /or as a leave-in. It has a lightweight, anti-shrinkage formula that detangles, hydrates, strengthens and increases hair elasticity. The double duty offers detangling benefits and slip.

As a Rinse Out Conditioner

After shampooing with Double Duty Detangle & Slip Shampoo, apply to clean, wet hair and gently massage in from mid-shaft to ends. Finger detangle or comb through with a wide tooth comb. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For deep penetration, after applying conditioner, proceed with hair steaming or sit under a hooded dryer with a plastic cap. 

As a Leave-in Conditioner

Do not rinse out. Apply desired amount to wet hair to help finger detangle, moisturize and strengthen hair. When styling, pair with other Butter Blend & Flaxseed styling products.

If hair is damaged, has poor elasticity or is moisture deprived, use the Butter Blend Double Duty Conditioner as a rinse out and follow with the conditioner as a leave-in. This application method adds a second layer of protection and provides extra moisture to the hair, while preparing it for styling.

The Butter Blend & Flaxseed Double Duty Elongate & Define Jelly has a light gel-like consistency and is great for all natural hair textures. It is applied to damp hair using fingertips and is great for wash n’ go styles, braids, twists and bantu knots.

The Butter Blend & Flaxseed Double Duty Stretch & Define Pudding has a creamy consistency and is great for tighter curls and coils. It is applied to detangled, stretched damp hair and is great for twists, shingle, coil and wash n’ go styles.

For added hold, cocktail the Butter Blend & Flaxseed Double Duty Elongate & Define Jelly and Stretch & Define Pudding together.

No, when used as a system (including cocktailing), theButter Blend & Flaxseed collectionwill moisturize, elongate and define curls and coils with a weightless feel. Finer textures of hair will require less product than coarser hair textures.
